STM takes a hands-on approach, overseeing the complete creative and technical process from the earliest demo through to the final master.
This includes developing arrangements, managing studio recordings, selecting and coordinating (session) musicians, and guiding every stage of the sound engineering process.
We adapt each production to the artist’s vision while ensuring the highest possible quality throughout. To this end STM can use its own studio, or a studio of choice, and recently even abroad, where we recorded at the world-renowned Abbey Road Studios on request of the artist.

Production portfolio
Over the years, STM has built a diverse and dynamic production portfolio, delivering high-quality musical projects across a wide spectrum of scopes and genres. From full-length album productions where we shape a project’s complete sonic identity—such as The Auratones (6 albums), Back To Basic (6 albums), Leonie Meijer’s Ik Neem Jou Mee, and Jennifer Lynn’s Six Degrees—to curating specific tracks that elevate an artist’s record, our work reflects a commitment to versatility and musical excellence. This includes producing standout tracks like Xander de Buisonje’s “De Wereld Redden”, Jim de Groot’s “Malle Gabber”, and multiple entries for the Junior Song Festival. We have also crafted standalone commercial singles and memorable contest entries, including Marlayne’s Eurovision track “One Good Reason”, Hind’s “Your Heart Belongs To Me”, and Esther Hart’s “One More Night”.”
